Please note that these mats are currently available on a pre-order basis. Estimated shipping windows are listed on each individual product page and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays due to production or fulfillment may occur outside of our control.
Once shipping begins, orders will be processed quickly and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery timelines will depend on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment.

While we strive to represent products as accurately as possible, colors, patterns, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, photography editing, and production variations. All website images are representative of the product, but minor differences may be present in the final item received.
Mats ship rolled. We recommend laying flat for a short period after unrolling if any curling is present — this is normal and will resolve on its own.
Care Instructions
Your mat is designed to be both beautiful and lasting. To keep it looking its best:
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed.
- Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
- Air dry flat. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Store rolled, not folded, to prevent permanent creasing.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy.
Tile Return Policy
Our Mahjong tile sets are thoughtfully designed collectible pieces and become final sale once opened.
We gladly accept returns on unopened tile sets within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- Tiles remain sealed in original shrink wrap
- All original accessories, inserts, dice, pouches, and packaging are included
- The set is returned unused and in original condition
Approved tile returns are subject to:
- A $35 restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping costs
Opened tile sets are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@andersruff.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement tile, replacement set, store credit, or refund.
For active collections, replacement tiles may be available based on inventory. Retired collections or discontinued designs may have limited replacement availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:
- All tile return requests must be approved prior to shipping items back to us.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Orders placed through boutiques, retailers, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other third-party sellers must be handled directly through the original place of purchase. Anders Ruff Design Co. is unable to process refunds or exchanges for third-party orders.
