Introducing the very first Anders Ruff Design Co. Mahjong tile collection: a champagne-inspired luxury tile set designed for stylish gatherings, beautiful game nights, and collectors who believe Mahjong should feel just as elevated as the table it’s played on.

The dot suit features soft champagne bubble motifs that add a playful sparkle throughout the set, while the bamboo suit is reimagined as elegant champagne flutes. The crack tiles are framed with rich pink champagne label–inspired details, bringing a glamorous, celebratory feel to the table.

Whimsical accents make every hand feel special — from the champagne bucket wind tiles with bottles indicating direction, to the floral tiles featuring celebratory blooms spilling from champagne bottles. The Joker tiles showcase our signature Press for Mahjong crest design, adding an extra collectible touch to this Première Release ✨

Preorder Shipping Details

Thank you for reserving one of our upcoming collections.

Our current estimated shipping window for pre-order items is August/September 2026. Please note that these dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.  Because many of our collections are produced in limited runs and may travel through international production and customs channels, occasional delays outside of our control can occur. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping timelines may shift due to manufacturing, freight, or customs-related delays.

Orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Please note that items within the same order may ship separately depending on availability.  As soon as your order ships, tracking information will automatically be emailed to you. While we are always happy to assist, our customer service team does not have access to additional shipping updates beyond the estimated timelines provided until inventory has officially arrived and begun fulfillment.

The Return Policy

Our Mahjong tile sets are thoughtfully designed collectible pieces and become final sale once opened.

We gladly accept returns on unopened tile sets within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • Tiles remain sealed in original shrink wrap
  • All original accessories, inserts, dice, pouches, and packaging are included
  • The set is returned unused and in original condition

Approved tile returns are subject to:

  • A $35 restocking fee
  • Customer-paid return shipping costs

Opened tile sets are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@andersruff.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement tile, replacement set, store credit, or refund.

For active collections, replacement tiles may be available based on inventory. Retired collections or discontinued designs may have limited replacement availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note:

  • All tile return requests must be approved prior to shipping items back to us.
  • Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
  • We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Orders placed through boutiques, retailers, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or
other third-party sellers must be handled directly through the original
place of purchase. Anders Ruff Design Co. is unable to process refunds
or exchanges for third-party orders.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations or small imperfections may naturally occur from tile to tile. These subtle details are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay, functionality, or the overall integrity of the set. In many ways, they are part of what makes each collection uniquely beautiful.

Upon initial unwrapping, a light residue from the manufacturing process may occasionally be present. This can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth and will not impact gameplay or finish quality.

While we strive to represent products as accurately as possible, colors, patterns, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, photography editing, and production variations. All website images are representative of the product, but minor differences may be present in the final item received.

Care Instructions

Your Mahjong tiles are designed to be both beautiful and lasting. To keep them looking their best, store your set in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid leaving tiles in hot cars or damp environments, as extreme temperatures and moisture may cause fading or warping over time.

To clean, gently wipe tiles with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If needed, use a lightly damp microfiber cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking tiles or using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials.

With a little thoughtful care, your tiles will stay beautiful for years of game nights and gatherings.
