This is a Made to Order item, produced exclusively for you at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 10–15 business days.
Tracking information will be provided by email shortly after your order is placed. Please note that tracking may show as in transit until close to your delivery window — this is completely normal for made to order production timelines.
Please note that because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change, or modify orders once they are submitted. Please double-check all order details before checking out.

Because this item is printed and produced to order, slight color variations may occur between the screen representation and the final product. Colors, patterns, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings, lighting, photography editing, and production variations. This is not considered a defect.
Tablecloth dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. All website images are representative of the product but minor differences may be present in the final item received.
Care Instructions
Your tablecloth is designed to be both beautiful and lasting. To keep it looking its best:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Tumble dry low or air dry flat
- Do not bleach
- Iron on low if needed — avoid ironing directly over printed areas
- Store folded in a cool, dry place
Tile Return Policy
Our Mahjong tile sets are thoughtfully designed collectible pieces and become final sale once opened.
We gladly accept returns on unopened tile sets within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- Tiles remain sealed in original shrink wrap
- All original accessories, inserts, dice, pouches, and packaging are included
- The set is returned unused and in original condition
Approved tile returns are subject to:
- A $35 restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping costs
Opened tile sets are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@andersruff.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement tile, replacement set, store credit, or refund.
For active collections, replacement tiles may be available based on inventory. Retired collections or discontinued designs may have limited replacement availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:
- All tile return requests must be approved prior to shipping items back to us.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Orders placed through boutiques, retailers, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other third-party sellers must be handled directly through the original place of purchase. Anders Ruff Design Co. is unable to process refunds or exchanges for third-party orders.
