The Bams & Bubbly Floating Tiles bring the collection's champagne-house charm right into the water. A complete 160-tile set molded from lightweight, waterproof EVA foam, every tile is two-tone — a vivid orange face over a hot pink base — and designed to float, so a stray discard bobs on the surface instead of sinking to the bottom of the pool. The full Bams & Bubbly design carries across the set: bubbles rise through the dot suit, the bams are recast as elegant champagne flutes, the winds take the form of festive ice buckets, and the flowers overflow with blooms spilling from champagne bottles — all finished with a green dragon, pink label-inspired craks, and Jokers crowned with the ornate Press for Joker crest.
Quick to rinse and endlessly fun, they tuck into the included black mesh zip bag to drip-dry and travel to the next sunny afternoon. Made to pair with the Mahjong Anywhere™ Convertible Table for a game night that happens entirely poolside.

Shipping Details
Orders are processed and ship within 5–7 business days from our Pineville, NC location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipment depending on your location.
Orders with pre-order or made-to-order items
To keep your order together and minimize packaging, we ship every order complete — meaning all items are sent in one shipment. When an order includes a pre-order or made-to-order piece, the entire order ships once that item becomes available, determined by the item with the latest estimated ship date.
The estimated timing for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout, and we'll notify you if a date changes.
If you'd like to receive your in-stock items right away, we recommend placing those items in a separate order.

At Anders Ruff Design Co., we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and beautiful quality in every collection we create.
These floating tiles are made for water play and are a different product from our premium acrylic Mahjong tile sets. They are crafted from lightweight EVA foam and designed to float, as a waterproof companion for the Mahjong Anywhere™ Convertible Table and Convertible Table Set — not as a replacement for a standard indoor tile set. Floating tiles are larger and lighter than standard acrylic tiles and may differ in size, weight, and feel.
Due to the nature of foam production and printing, slight variations in size, density, color, or print placement may occur from tile to tile. These subtle details are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay, functionality, or the ability of the tiles to float.
While we strive to represent products as accurately as possible, colors, patterns, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, photography editing, and production variations. All website images are representative of the product, but minor differences may be present in the final item received.
Care Instructions
Your floating tiles are designed to be both beautiful and lasting. To keep them looking their best:
- Rinse with fresh water after every use in a pool or lake — chlorine and salt residue can dull the surface over time
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth as needed
- Air dry completely before returning them to the mesh bag — never store while damp
- Store the bagged set in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Do not store in hot cars, attics, or garages — extreme heat may cause warping
- Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and abrasive cleaners

Purchases from Retailers & Boutiques
If you purchased your item through a boutique, retailer, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Faire, or any other third-party marketplace, please contact the original place of purchase directly for assistance with returns, exchanges, or order questions.
Because these sellers manage their own orders, inventory, and return policies, Anders Ruff Design Co. is unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.

Eligible items purchased directly from us may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
- Returned in their original packaging
- Include all original accessories and components
- In new, unused condition
Please note: Mahjong tile sets have a separate return policy due to the collectible nature of the product.
Mahjong Tile Set Return Policy
Our Mahjong tile sets are thoughtfully designed collectible pieces and become final sale once opened.
We gladly accept returns on unopened tile sets within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The tiles remain sealed in their original shrink wrap
- All original accessories, inserts, dice, dice pouch, information cards, and packaging are included
- The set is returned unused and in its original condition
Approved tile returns are subject to:
- $35 restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping costs
Opened tile sets are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For current collections, individual replacement tiles may be available based on inventory. For retired or discontinued collections, we'll do our best to locate a replacement, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Opened Items
Eligible opened items (excluding defective merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Store credit may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Made-to-order or personalized items created especially for you
- Opened Mahjong tile sets
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Clearance or closeout merchandise
- Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise noted)
If your final sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@andersruff.com within 7 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved before they are sent back to us.
To request a return, please email hello@andersruff.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the defective item (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Please do not return products until your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided by our team.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you as soon as it has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Every Anders Ruff product is thoughtfully designed with custom artwork and premium materials. Slight variations in color, finish, texture, or pattern may naturally occur and are considered part of the character and quality of each piece, rather than defects.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@andersruff.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Holiday Returns
Shopping for the holidays? We've got you covered!
Purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas are eligible for an extended return window of 14 days following Christmas, provided they meet the return eligibility guidelines outlined above.
