Digital Download
Your Canva template link will be delivered by email within minutes of your purchase. No physical item will be shipped. To access your file, simply click the download link in your email, open the Canva template, and personalize with your name, initials, or any custom text. Print from home on cardstock for best results.
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before reaching out. For any access issues, contact us at hello@andersruff.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Mailed to You — Made to Order
Each printed card cover is made to order specifically for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note that because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change, or modify orders once they are submitted. Please double-check all personalization details before checking out.
Orders with pre-order or made-to-order items
To keep your order together and minimize packaging, we ship every order complete — meaning all items are sent in one shipment. When an order includes a pre-order or made-to-order piece, the entire order ships once that item becomes available, determined by the item with the latest estimated ship date.
The estimated timing for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout, and we'll notify you if a date changes.
If you'd like to receive your in-stock items right away, we recommend placing those items in a separate order.
Return Policy
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us at hello@andersruff.com.
Mailed — Made to Order
Because each card cover is printed and produced to order specifically for you, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
